I've finally gotten around to adding some artwork. Not only did I add two dolls put I also added some traditonal art. (Yay for access to a scanner.)
Looking back at my last journal (October) I realize a lot has happened since then. I turned 17 (Jan.), was in a play which my drama class wrote (Dec-Jan), got accepted on a Girl Guide trip (Jan.), ran the lighting board for a dance performance (Jan.), made a new friend (Feb.), moved into a new house (Feb.), started a journal/diary (March), got a cat (May), got my N driver's liscence (May), got my Duke of Edinbourgh Silver award (May), stage managered a play (May), got my Chief Commissioner's Gold award (May), stage managered and did sound for the same play (June), stage managered and danced in the same dance performance (June), completed grade 11 (June), and very recently (as in the Monday we just had) got my wisdom teeth removed.
Currently I look like a lopsided chipmunk. Both cheeks are swollen, one more than the other and I have a nice bruise on one cheek. I can kinda eat.
That's all. I haven't done a lot of artwork recently (the last doll I made was Jan.) but hopefully what with summer and all I'll have time to doll.
For the first two weeks of August I'll be away in Ecuador building part of a school on a Nationally sponsered Girl Guide trip. I can't believe I'm leaving at the end of the month. I don't think it's completely hit me yet. There are ten girls going from across all of Canada. Squeal!
